When a bonus is worth declining
Lizaro publishes a four-tier welcome package and two recurring cashback schemes, each with its own arithmetic. Before accepting any of them, understand what voiding a bonus looks like and when playing with your own funds is the simpler choice.
Promotion abuse voids everything and keeps a commission. The operator defines abuse broadly: minimum-risk strategies, bets exceeding the stated maximum, moving from low-weighted games to high-weighted ones after a large win, two-tier betting patterns, and delaying game rounds all count. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met cancels the bonus outright.

Each tier requires its own deposit to activate. The third-tier match drops to 50%, which lowers the bonus value relative to what you put in, but raises the absolute ceiling to €6,000 — useful if you intended to deposit a larger sum anyway.
Maximum cashout is capped at 10× the initial bonus amount. Free spins winnings face their own ceiling: €50 for up to 50 spins, €100 for more than 50. If the fourth deposit grants €4,000 in bonus funds, the most you can withdraw from that tier is €40,000 — but only after clearing the wagering requirement below. Winnings from the 150 free spins on that same tier stop at €100, regardless of what the reels show.
The arithmetic of clearing it
Wagering sits at x20 (deposit + bonus) for the matched funds, and x40 for free spins winnings. You have ten days from activation to meet the requirement, or the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited.
Work through the first deposit as an example. Deposit €100, receive €100 in bonus funds. The combined €200 must be wagered twenty times, which is €4,000 in qualifying bets. Win €50 from the 100 free spins; that €50 must be wagered forty times — another €2,000 — before it becomes withdrawable. The total turnover required from a single €100 deposit and its spins is €6,000, completed within ten days.
Maximum bet while the bonus is active: €100 per round, adjusted for other currencies. A single bet above that limit voids the bonus, even if every other condition was met. The ten-day expiry runs from the moment you activate the offer, not from the moment you meet the wagering halfway.
Game contributions vary sharply. Slots, scratch cards and keno contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. All live games, video poker and Plinko contribute 10%. Table and card games contribute nothing. Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo games cannot be played with bonus funds at all.
Two shorter lists carry special weightings. Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, its First Person variant, and Monopoly each contribute 50%. Daily cashback on slots
Available to VIP levels 2 through 5, this scheme returns a percentage of net losses on casino games each day. The rate and ceiling rise with your tier.

Wager €100 on eligible casino games to earn one spin, up to three spins daily. Rewards include cash prizes with x1 wagering, free casino spins with x40 wagering and a €100 payout cap, and bonus money with x40 wagering capped at 5× the bonus amount. The cash prize is the only one that costs nothing to clear.
The conditions that quietly shrink a win
Two rollover requirements operate independently of any bonus, and both can reduce what you take out.
Minimum funds rollover is x1. If you deposit €100 and request a withdrawal having wagered only €80, the operator reserves the right to cancel all winnings and retain a 10% commission — minimum €0.50 — to cover payment expenses. That commission rises to 15% if you funded the account via bank card or bank transfer.
Withdrawal processing runs Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, and requests are worked through within three business days after submission, or three business days after the last withdrawal was paid out. A large win at level 1 takes longer to withdraw than the same win at level 5, not because processing is slower but because the limits choke the flow. If the welcome package's maximum cashout pays €40,000 and you sit at level 1, extracting that sum requires six months at the monthly ceiling, assuming you hit it cleanly each time and make no further deposits that reset the VIP calculation window.
Refunds are generally not offered. The operator may consider them in exceptional circumstances such as technical problems, but only if you contact support within 24 hours of the transaction. An account inactive for 180 days incurs a €5 monthly administration fee.
Who is excluded
Six countries face bonus restrictions: Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, Malaysia.
