Job title: Compliance & Sales support officer
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Ground Floor, Fusion House, 2 Evolution Park, Haslingden Road Blackburn BB1 2FD

Job Purpose:
The role of the compliance & sales support officer requires the ability to manage the compliance process for all live candidates within the business, whilst supporting the sales and management team through tracking and reporting of figures.
This role is pivotal to ensuring our candidate base and pipeline has the relevant documents to be placed into work whilst allowing us to track successes as a business by logging and monitoring all activity around business development.

The compliance & sales support officer will be one of the first experiences of Coben Medical that our candidates have. Therefore, excellent communication skills and commitment are required for the role to be a success. A natural organiser, you will follow processes and timescales to ensure documents are obtained prior to any candidate being booked.
This candidate will link in with the sales floor ensuring that the right candidates are being prioritised and are ready to work in a timely manner, whilst understanding the business needs and flexing where necessary.
Alongside this, there will be a requirement to log all activity around business development for the sales team and report directly on these results to the management team.

Liaising with candidates on a daily basis
Uploading all shifts received onto Eclipse in an accurate and timely manner
Reporting live screen updates to the Operations Manager weekly in the required format
Scanning / filing documents received in an organised and timely manner
Develop a good understanding of the NHS, the industry, work culture and environment
Arranging and conducting face to face interviews with all working candidates
Overseeing and taking responsibility for the compliance of each candidate
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates made compliant on a weekly and monthly basis, and achieve % targets of candidates compliant in your bank
Working with the sales floor to establish their priorities in terms of candidates
Selling the benefits of having a compliant file to candidates
Working alongside set processes and procedures to ensure best practice in terms of compliance
Obtaining and keeping up to date with activity around business development to ensure that we are able to take a snap shot of these results at any time
Assisting with the audit preparation and processes
Contacting clients to update all relevant information on Eclipse
Sending confirmations and timesheets to candidates where relevant
Assisting the sales team with chasing timesheets on a weekly and monthly basis
Printing, faxing and scanning documents for the sales team
Ensuring the general state of the office is tidy and presentable
Logging all referrals and monitoring contact from the Sales Team and providing weekly analysis to Divisional Sales Manager
Ensuring all cancellations are submitted; taken off the system and logged on Spreadsheet
Logging All New Candidates and Clients booked with on appropriate spreadsheet by Friday at 3pm
Obtaining all signed confirmations and scanning and saving on the system

Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Be tactful and articulate
Have good negotiation skills
Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
Be motivated and results driven
Have good IT skills (including basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel)
Operates as an effective team member
Flexible and able to attend training and events outside of normal working hours as and when required
Have a good eye for detail
Have excellent organisational skills
